NFT Album Collector Personal-Use License
Album: A Pärk of My Own · Artist: Goose Pärk
1. License Grant
A limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to download, store and personally listen to the album files and personally display the collector artwork; private, non-commercial use only.
2. Ownership
All intellectual property — including masters, compositions, publishing, production, arrangements, artwork and branding — remains with Goose Park Productions, Goose Pärk and contributors. The NFT transfers no copyright, master, publishing or trademark rights.
3. Permitted Uses
Personal listening, reasonable backup copies, use on personal devices, personal non-commercial display of the artwork, and resale or transfer of the NFT itself.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not sell, share or distribute the audio; upload it to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Audius or SoundCloud; license it to others; synchronize it in videos, films, television, advertising, podcasts, games, livestreams or performances; sample, remix, edit or create derivatives; extract stems, loops, vocal chops or drums; register it with distributors, performing-rights organizations or copyright offices; claim authorship; use it for AI training, model ingestion, voice cloning or dataset creation; mint additional NFTs; or use Goose Pärk, Goose Park Productions or LEATS World branding as sponsorship or endorsement. Beat, sync, remix and commercial rights require a separate written agreement.
5. NFT Transfers
The license and token-gated access follow the current holder. A former holder must stop using and delete downloaded files, except where retention is required by law.
6. No Royalty or Investment Rights
The collectible provides no royalties, revenue participation, publishing or master income, voting rights, profit sharing or ownership. No statement guarantees future value, resale demand, market liquidity or financial return.
7. Enforcement and Termination
This license terminates automatically upon a material violation and does not prevent legal remedies for infringement or unauthorized distribution.
8. Technical and Platform Risks
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Wallet access, marketplace availability, network fees and third-party platform functionality are outside Goose Park Productions’ control. The purchaser is responsible for protecting wallet credentials. Goose Park Productions will never request a seed phrase or private key.
9. Acceptance
By minting, purchasing, receiving, holding, accessing or downloading materials associated with this NFT, the holder acknowledges and agrees to this Personal-Use License.

What am I purchasing?
A limited-edition digital collectible providing verified holders with access to the album’s collector package and a personal-use license.
Do I own the music after purchasing?
No. Goose Park Productions retains the masters, compositions, publishing and other intellectual property. You receive personal listening and collecting rights only.
Can I use these beats for my own songs?
No. The NFT does not include a beat license, sample license or commercial recording rights. Contact Goose Park Productions for a separate written license.
Can I use the music in a video, podcast or livestream?
No. Those uses require separate synchronization or commercial permission.
Can I resell the NFT?
Yes, where supported by the applicable blockchain and marketplace. Personal-use access is intended to follow the current verified holder.
How do I download the album?
After purchasing, return here, connect the same wallet and select Verify NFT. Once ownership is confirmed, the protected collector download will unlock.
What happens if I transfer the NFT?
The receiving wallet becomes eligible for future token-gated access after verification. The previous holder’s authorization ends.
Is this an investment?
No. The NFT is offered as a digital music collectible and access product. No financial return, resale value or market liquidity is promised.
