Copyright & DMCA
Goose Park Productions respects copyright and expects the same in return. This page explains who owns what, and how to raise a copyright or clearance concern.

Ownership
Unless an Exclusive License transfers stated rights, Goose Park Productions retains ownership of the compositions, sound recordings, artwork, page copy and site material published here. A non-exclusive license grants you the rights written in your license agreement — it does not transfer ownership of the beat.
Reporting infringement
If you believe material published on goosepark.org infringes a copyright you own or represent, email support@goosepark.org with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include the following.
- Your name, address and contact email, and the party you represent.
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- The exact URL or beat identifier on goosepark.org you are reporting.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, made under penalty of perjury.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do with a notice
We review every notice. Where a claim is credible we remove the beat from public sale while we investigate, and we suspend exclusive sale of that beat until the question is resolved. Licenses already issued are reviewed individually and license holders are contacted directly if their record is affected.
Sample and clearance concerns
If you believe a beat in the catalog contains material that needs clearance, tell us which beat and what you have identified. Beats flagged internally as requiring clearance are not offered for exclusive sale until that clearance is confirmed.
Counter-notice
If material of yours was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringement
Accounts used to repeatedly infringe copyright — including redistributing purchased Goose Pärk files — are terminated.
