Terms of Use
These terms cover how you may use goosepark.org, your account and the material we publish. The rights granted for a specific beat are set out in the license agreement issued with your purchase.

The site and your account
You may create one account for yourself or for the entity you represent, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for the activity that happens under your account. We may suspend an account used for fraudulent payments, attempts to bypass download authorization, or redistribution of our material.
Previews
Public previews are tagged and are provided for evaluation only. You may not remove or mask the producer tag, and you may not release, distribute, monetize or upload a preview to any platform. Nothing on the public catalog pages grants a license — only a completed purchase does.
Licenses
Each purchase issues a license agreement, a License ID and a Certificate of Authenticity. The rights, file deliverables and limits are defined by the tier you purchased and by the license terms version recorded at checkout. Unless you purchase an Exclusive License, the license is non-exclusive: Goose Park Productions retains ownership of the underlying composition and sound recording and may license the same beat to others.
Purchased files
Purchased files are for use by the license holder. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or upload the files themselves to a sample pack, stock library, AI training dataset or beat store.
Custom work
Production, mixing, mastering, recording, consultation and content services are quoted individually. Scope, revision rounds, deliverables and rights for that work are agreed in writing before the work starts.
Availability and changes
The catalog changes: beats can be withdrawn, and a beat sold exclusively is removed from public sale. Licenses already issued remain valid on their original terms. We may update these terms, and the version shown here is the version that applies to your use of the site going forward.
Governing terms
Where these site terms and a license agreement disagree about the rights granted for a specific beat, the license agreement controls.
