Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to sell, deliver and document a music license.

• Account information: the email address you sign up with, and your display name if you provide one.
• Purchase information: the beat, license tier, amount paid, order identifier and the date of purchase.
• Licensing records: the license ID, certificate number and the license terms version active at checkout.
• Support correspondence you send to us by email.
• Basic technical request data generated when your browser loads the site.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's checkout and are never received or stored by Goose Park Productions. We store the payment reference Stripe returns so an order can be matched to a license.

Where your data is stored

Accounts, licensing records, documents and purchased files are stored in our hosted backend. Purchased files and issued documents are kept in private storage and are served through temporary links that are generated only after we confirm your account holds an active license for that file.

Email

We send transactional email about your purchase: license delivery, certificate details and download access. If you join the mailing list we also send release and licensing announcements, and every one of those emails contains an unsubscribe link. Transactional email about an order you placed cannot be unsubscribed while the order is being fulfilled.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses storage in your browser to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as your catalog view. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

What is public

License verification at goosepark.org/verify is intentionally public, but it exposes only the beat, license type, license ID, issue date and status. It never exposes your email address, billing details, payment identifiers, files or account information.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information tied to your account, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your account and delete your account data. Licensing and order records are retained after account closure because they are the proof of what was licensed, to whom and when — deleting them would invalidate a license you paid for.
